Please be aware that the estimated shipping times listed above solely reflect transit and processing time at our warehouse after the order has been dispatched. These times do not include any additional manufacturing time for made-to-order items, which could add several weeks to your wait. For next-day deliveries, you may receive your dispatch confirmation email as late as 12:30 AM on the day your package is expected to arrive

4. International Delivery & Brexit
Due to Brexit, we are unable to charge VAT on orders to the EU. Customers will be contacted for import taxes prior to delivery.

Calculated based on destination, weight, and size of the order.

In-stock items: 1-3 days
Made-to-order items: 2-3 weeks
Bespoke orders: Discussed during initial consultation
7. Tracking
Order tracking details will be provided in the dispatch email or upon request.
8. Signed-for Deliveries
Customers need to be present to receive packages for signed-for deliveries.
9. Failed Delivery Attempts
Subject to the policies of the local post office.
10. Shipping Restrictions
No restrictions due to legal or logistical reasons.
11. Taxes & Fees
Shipping charges are not taxed. Custom fees may apply and are the customer’s responsibility.

We will make efforts to resolve issues related to lost or damaged packages. Contact customer care for assistance.
13. Returns and Refunds
Shipping charges are not refunded. Lost items may be refunded on a case-by-case basis.
