When contacting us, kindly provide the following information: Your Name, Order Number, Product Name and Code, Picture of the Fault, and a Description of the Fault. To ensure timely delivery, we initiate order processing promptly upon receipt. Therefore, after placing your order, changes or cancellations are not possible. Please note that made-to-order or bespoke orders cannot be canceled or returned.

We accept returns of unwanted items within 14 days of delivery at Rosa Amour, provided they are in their original condition (with tags and packaging) and not part of our sale, made-to-order, or bespoke couture collections. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of jewelry.

Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 10 working days for us to process your refund to the original payment method. This will be minus any shipping expenses, returns fees, and handling fees. Items deemed unsuitable for refund (not returned within 14 days of receipt, damaged, dirty, or with tags or security tape removed) will be denied as a return. Please keep in mind that jewelry cannot be returned due to health and hygienic concerns. Please be aware that we cannot be held responsible for misplaced packages.

For customers in the UK or the European Economic Area (EEA), you have a 14-calendar-day window to cancel your order if you’ve changed your mind. This applies to premade goods only and starts from the day you receive all items in your order. If you receive faulty goods, you may have the right to return, repair, replace, or get a refund for those items.
