Stock Items: These are items that are readily available from our standard collection. They aren’t customized or special editions.

Faulty Items: Any product received that exhibits visible damage or has manufacturing defects that compromise its function or appearance.

Items Not Eligible for Refunds:

Jewellery: Due to stringent hygiene and safety protocols, we don’t accept returns on any form of jewellery.

Custom-made Products: These are items that have been meticulously crafted to cater to individual tastes and specifications.

Made-to-order Products: These are products that aren’t part of our regular inventory but are manufactured based on a specific request from the customer.

Sale Items: Any items that were offered at a reduced price, either through a promotion or a clearance sale.

2. Time Constraints for Returns:

It’s crucial to act swiftly. From the day you receive your order, a window of 14 days is provided for you to make a decision and start the return process.

3. Condition Requirements for Returned Items:

To ensure the returned products maintain their integrity, they should be:

  • Packed securely, preferably in the original packaging to avoid any transit damage.
  • Absolutely unworn and untouched to maintain their fresh appeal.
  • Devoid of any strong odours, particularly those of perfumes or colognes.
  • Immaculately clean; they should exhibit no traces of makeup, dirt, or any contaminants.
  • Maintained in their original state, inclusive of all tags and additional accessories.

4. Return Procedure:

Should you decide to return an item, please contact our dedicated customer care team. They will walk you through the necessary steps, ensuring your return journey is as smooth as the purchase.

5. Return Shipping Guidelines:

While we value your business, please note that the return shipping costs fall under the customer’s responsibility. For your peace of mind and security, we recommend using a tracked shipping service. Unfortunately, Rosa Amour doesn’t offer return labels.

6. Processing of Refunds:

Upon receiving your returned item(s) and after a thorough quality check, we aim to process your refunds promptly. Typically, the refund is reflected within 14 days. The amount is reverted to the original payment method, but in select cases, we might offer store credits.

7. Consideration for Partial Refunds or Exchanges:

Understanding that every situation is unique, we’re receptive to discussions on partial refunds or exchanges, provided the item in question remains in a flawless, salable condition. Each case will be reviewed on its merit.

8. Exemption List:

Please be aware that there are exceptions to our return and refund policy. These include:

  • Items that were part of any promotional or sale campaign.
  • All jewellery, without exceptions.

9. Restocking Fees:

Certain product returns may be subject to a restocking fee, which can be up to 35%. This is especially prevalent for larger items and is instituted to cover overheads related to the return processing.
